In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through their service experience while ensuring satisfaction and building strong relationships.
Hours - 45
Salary - £29,000 Plus OTE Bonus
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Welcoming customers and effectively managing service appointments
* Documenting customer concerns and providing detailed vehicle assessments
* Offering clear and accurate service estimates and timelines
* Collaborating closely with technicians to oversee service quality and efficiency
* Communicating updates and recommendations to customers throughout the process
* Handling enquiries and resolving any service-related issues that arise
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive sector
* Outstanding customer service and communication skills
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
* A thorough understanding of automotive systems and repair processes
* Capacity to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with service department software and tools
* A full UK driver's licence
