THE GIG
Provide first class co-ordination support to the EMEA President.
1. Complex, cross-time zone calendar management: Expertly manage complex calendar scheduling across multiple time zones whilst monitoring precise and proactive inbox management to ensure seamless communication and maximised productivity for the President.
2. Handle sensitive communications and documentation with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
3. Project coordination: drive accountability on key initiatives and commitments and conduct regular check-ins to track progression of strategic priorities.
4. Events and culture carrier: organise, execute, and assist with team activities (on-sites/off-sites, monthly agendas, team social events) Plan and organise internal and external events and manage logistics in collaboration with internal partners and external vendors.
5. Prepare and organise agendas and materials and chase up any resulting actions.
6. Stakeholder engagement: serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, efficiently managing inquiries.
7. Creating itineraries for business trips, including arranging flights, hotels, taxis, and visas.
8. Quarterly EMEA travel with the President and leadership team to ensure smooth running of the trip.
9. Expense management: oversee and track the President's expenses.
10. Internal relationship manager: act as key liaison and coordinate communication between the President and other members across the business.
11. Manage direct report of Admin Assistant to the EMEA leadership team.

5. You are comfortable using an array of IT programmes and enjoy utilising the best of what Word, Excel and PowerPoint can offer for you to deliver.
6. In order to do this role you need to be assertive and comfortable to sometimes push back.
7. You have integrity and are trustworthy. This role involves dealing with sensitive and confidential issues!
