About the Role
This role is first and foremost about administration and accounts support – we need a safe pair of hands to keep things running smoothly. If you’ve got a background in administration and Purchase and Sales ledgers, you’ll be a great fit. Marketing involvement is optional, so if you enjoy creative tasks, there’s room to get involved, but it’s not a requirement.
We want someone looking for a long-term opportunity rather than just a short-term role – while this is initially a 12-month maternity cover, we fully expect to have space for the right person to stay on as we grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your role will be varied but structured, and key responsibilities include:
* Administration Excellence: Handling daily admin tasks to keep the business operating seamlessly.
* Accounts & Purchase and Sales ledger Support: Assisting with Purchase and Sales ledgers and basic accounts tasks (Xero experience is a plus but not essential).
* Team Coordination: Managing schedules, liaising with colleagues, and ensuring deadlines are met.
* Optional Marketing Support: If you love social media and creative projects, there’s space to get involved – but this isn’t a core part of the role.

What You Bring
* Strong administration experience (at least 2 years).
* Experience with Purchase and Sales ledgers or bookkeeping (preferred but not essential).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Xero experience is a bonus, but we can train you if needed.
* A proactive, can-do approach to work.
