Customer Service & Sales Administrator - Salary - up to £14ph DOE Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5pm, with an unpaid hour for lunch. Location – Northampton We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join a fast-paced team as a Customer Service & Sales Administrator. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for providing excellent service, driving sales, and maintaining strong client relationships. As part of this team, you will be reporting to the Regional Hire Office Manager and will play a key role in liaising with customers and suppliers to achieve sales and growth targets. You will be providing outstanding customer service by supporting with orders, quotations, and queries, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders. Duties Take ownership of Waste and Fuel Management quotes/orders, handling inbound calls and making outbound calls to follow up on quotations, converting enquiries into sales contracts. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products and services offered and be able to suggest alternatives and associated products where appropriate. Build and maintain relationships with customers while upselling products when opportunities arise. Negotiate with customers and suppliers to ensure competitiveness. Perform general administrative duties as required.
