Hours are flexible and will be agreed upon with successful candidates. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Work collaboratively as part of a team to enhance the learning experience. Encourage and support students to work independently and productively. Provide support across various curriculum areas. Contribute to activities and support programmes designed to remove barriers to learning. Assist students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities. Promote active participation in learning to support student retention and achievement. Essential Criteria Experience working with students with Learning Difficulties and/or Disabilities. Strong written and oral communication skills at GCSE level or equivalent. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
