HMO External Property Agent
Glasgow - Salary Guide £23-27k depending on experience, welfare package, pool car, bonus package
We are looking for an extremely well organised, hard-working individual to join the HMO Team of this successful Property Agency.
Ideal candidate will have previous HMO Knowledge or worked within a fast paced letting agency.
Clean Driving licence
Attention to detail with good customer service skills.

Reporting to: Office Manager
The successful person will ideally have one years’ Letting experience, or, our client will also consider applicants who have fantastic Customer Service, positive attitude/work ethic and a genuine interest in the Property Sector.
You will work solely with the HMO team carrying out the majority of all move out, move in and inspection appointments.
You will be required to manage your own diary, conduct thorough reports and have excellent administration and organisation skills to ensure your paperwork is being stored correctly.
Move Outs
Over-seeing the move out process from start to finish; carrying out Property inspections, writing up the report and sending on to relevant Property Manager noting any works required. Dealing with deposit returns and any disputes if necessary. Also responsible for updating meter readings on the system and closing down utilities from the previous tenancy.
Move Ins
Conducting the inventory report, feeding back to the Property Manager if there are any issues such as further cleaning or missed maintenance, updating meter readings on the system and setting up utilities for the new tenancy. You may also be required to conduct key handovers with tenants at their new property.
Room Inspections for Tenant Swaps
Contacting tenants to book in room checks, updating the inventory for the new tenant and dealing with the deposit return for the tenant who has vacated.
Routine Inspections
Assisting the HMO team with routine inspections, picking up any overspill where required.
Viewings
Assisting the HMO team with viewings, carrying out any overspill where required.
Fire Training
Assisting the HMO team with Fire Training every quarter, from the physical training to the signing of mandates.
General Ad Hoc Duties
Taking meter readings, visiting flats where tenants have reported maintenance issues and feeding back to Property Manager.
Admin Duties
You will also be required to help the Property Managers with general admin duties, including updating utilities, data entry, creating spreadsheets, contacting tenants and contractors.
