This is a unique opportunity to join a very reputable, well-capitalised, luxurious property investment, development & interior design firm based in Mayfair who is looking for a Senior PA & Office Manager for a 9-12 month maternity cover.
Duties
Provide professional and confidential administrative and personal assistance to the 2 co-owners of the business and the Development Director by undertaking the following:
* Ensure busy schedule/calendar commitments, documents, and (international) travel arrangements, flights, hotels, and personal bookings are managed effectively
* Liaise with relevant individuals, external organisations, etc. to arrange meetings
* Sorting, distributing and responding to or drafting responses to incoming mail in a timely and efficient manner
* Acting as a key liaison point between the senior managers and other key parties, setting up meetings as appropriate and maintaining good communications
* Create presentations and reports as and when necessary (PowerPoint skills essential)
Office Management:
* Organise and arrange general office requirements, ensuring tidiness of all office common areas and
* Provide high-quality and professional office hospitality to visitors
Any other duties as may reasonably be required, consistent with the grade of the post.
Skills
* Exceptional command of English, both written and spoken
* Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
* Immaculate and passionate about providing a discreet and impeccable service
* Organised and with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
* Computer literate with an excellent working knowledge of typical desktop applications (MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
* Discreet, committed, with good manners and the ability to learn
* At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position
