We are looking for a Performance Media and Mailing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team for 36.5 hours per week on a 12-month fixed-term basis. In this role, you will play a key part in executing our customer recruitment strategy across offline media and mailing channels. You will manage campaigns from concept to execution, work closely with agencies and internal teams, and analyse results to optimise performance. Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management (Offline Media & Mailing Channels):
* Plan, manage, and monitor recruitment campaigns to drive new customer acquisition, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution.
* Collaborate with media agencies to implement media schedules and coordinate the production of printed catalogues and mail packs.
* Liaise with print buyers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of mail campaigns.
* Oversee artwork production for mailing packs, from concept development to final approval.
* Support the development of strategic test plans and manage their execution.
* Ensure campaigns align with brand, product, and operational strategies.
* Maintain and monitor prospect systems, ensuring timely handling of requests and tracking subsequent orders.
Third-Party Activity & Revenue Generation:
* Assist in managing third-party income processes, identifying revenue opportunities, and developing new initiatives from concept to implementation.
Campaign Reporting & Analysis:
* Monitor and evaluate recruitment campaign performance against targets, providing actionable insights to refine strategies.
* Track competitor activity and maintain accurate budget records.
* Produce and distribute performance reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Supporting Digital Marketing:
* Assist in the creation of digital assets to support campaign delivery.
* Work alongside the digital team to ensure cohesive brand and event messaging.
* Provide additional support to the digital team during peak periods.
* Participate in the organic social hub committee.
Customer-Centric Approach:
* Maintain a strong understanding of the customer journey to ensure recruitment campaigns effectively engage and convert customers.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong analytical and numerical skills to measure campaign success and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Effective communication and relationship-building abilities to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and analysis.
* Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential.
* A customer-centric mindset with a strong understanding of the customer journey.
