As their Community Manager, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape the culture and spirit of this brand-new student hub from the ground up. You’ll be the face, the energy, and the driving force behind creating a space where students don’t just live—they thrive!
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Create a welcoming community that feels like home, encouraging memorable stays, rebookings, and referrals.
2. Plan engaging events to boost resident satisfaction and strengthen ties with universities and local organisations.
3. Support the General Manager in health and safety compliance, maintaining high operational standards.
4. Lead and mentor your team, providing feedback, development plans, and fostering a positive, values-driven work environment.
What They're Looking For:
1. A natural people-person with a passion for community building and resident engagement.
2. Experience in PBSA, hospitality, or a similar customer-focused role.
3. Proven skills in event planning, social media management, and customer service.
4. A can-do attitude, with the flexibility and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
5. Familiarity with CRM and booking systems.
