We are recruiting for a Finance Assistant for a very well-respected company based in St Albans.

Key responsibilities:
* Sales Ledger, purchase Ledger, credit control – sending 7-day letters on any overdue accounts and court action
* Daily Monies Received Email to Finance Team
* Payment runs – prepare and upload all payment runs on a fortnightly basis
* Webexpenses – approve and post to NetSuite all expenses in-line with the company expense policy
* Manage the Finance Inbox
* Manage hotel bookings
* Bank Reconciliation and adhoc payments via Santander and AMEX
What the client are looking for:
* 1 years Finance/Accounts Assistant experience
* System use (preferred but not essential) – NetSuite, Webexpenses, Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Excel
* Confident communication skills
* Highly organised with demonstrable time management skills
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
