Financials - £45K to £60K Base DOE

Experience
The client will consider applications from qualified solicitors with a minimum of 1 year demonstrable PQE.

Responsibilities
1. Assisting clients with all aspects of commercial property transactions, encompassing sales, purchases, leases, and developments.
2. Performing thorough due diligence on commercial properties, including conducting title checks, assessing planning permissions, and reviewing environmental reports.
3. Creating and negotiating a variety of legal documents relevant to commercial property transactions, such as contracts and leases.
4. Offering legal guidance on landlord and tenant issues, including handling lease renewals, rent revisions, and dilapidation matters.
5. Resolving disputes related to commercial properties, including boundary disagreements, contract breaches, and lease disputes.
6. Collaborating with clients, solicitors, government entities, and other professionals involved in commercial property transactions.
7. Staying informed about the latest developments in property law and regulations that impact commercial properties.
8. Efficiently managing a caseload of commercial property cases with attention to detail and precision.
9. Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings when required.
10. Ensuring adherence to anti-money laundering regulations and other legal obligations in commercial property transactions.
