Exciting Opportunity: Controls Engineer

What You Will Do:
1. Develop and support Control Systems for specialised automated machinery.
2. Engage in PLC, HMI, and Motion Control programming and modification.
3. Configure software & hardware for networked control systems with distributed IO.
4. Integrate and program vision systems for inspection & measurement tasks.
5. Provide prototype, new build, and existing equipment support in the field.
6. Ensure machine safety standards are met and oversee documentation for manufacturing and customer support.
What You Will Bring:
1. HNC / HND or equivalent in a Software related discipline.
2. Proven experience of PLC, HMI and motion programming preferably using Rockwell Logix platform, Safety PLC, Kinetix motion control, Studio 5000 and FTViewME.
3. Familiarity with Siemens Control systems & TIA portal will be advantageous.
4. Knowledge and programming of robotic applications (Yaskawa).
5. Knowledge of vision systems preferable.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work within diverse environments.
7. Willingness to travel internationally to customer sites, as required.
