Essential Skills and Knowledge:
* 1+ years of experience in utility project coordination roles is desirable, preferably within telecoms.
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Exemplary written and oral communication skills.
* Strong IT skills, with confidence in using Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
* Self-motivated with a 'can do' and flexible attitude.
Responsibilities:
* Report to the Senior Project Coordinator and keep project plans up-to-date.
* Gather and manage all project information, including schedules and tasks.
* Maintain document control and track project activities.
* Assist in strategic meetings and follow up with meeting notes.
* Ensure timely and efficient completion of jobs through effective communication with technicians, suppliers, and contractors.
