ROLE: Branch Sales Manager
HOURS: 44 per Week - Permanent Role
SALARY: up to £40,000 basic salary per year
BONUS/OTE: Realistic total earning potential of up to £50,000 per year

We are delighted to be recruiting for a Branch Sales Manager to join our award-winning Trade Branch Network. This is a field-based role covering our South Wales branches; and responsible for maximising sales and providing sales management to branches throughout the region, promoting our ever expanding and innovative product range through developing relationships with local trade people and trade companies. We are looking for talented and driven trade sales professionals who possess a comprehensive understanding of NPI and the building trade sector.
WHAT OUR BRANCH SALES MANAGERS DO:
Build strategic commercial relationships with your trade customers to support the growth of their business and deliver profitable sales growth for the Region and your sales territory
Identify and prospect new customer opportunities to build your sales portfolio
Work collaboratively with the commercial team to grow business and identify new opportunities
Ensure cash and credit terms are set up correctly first-time following company policy and process
Collaborating closely with the branch team to ensure branches exceed their targets
Grow your professional window and door installer customer base
Deliver remarkable customer service
Proactively and confidently promote the Eurocell product range
Ensure the successful launch of new products to your trade customers
Engagement and delivery of company led sales initiatives
Identifying upselling and cross selling opportunities from your new and existing customer base
Effective use of your customer lapsed and dormant data to improve sales
Stay up to date with your local competitor activity, changes within your local market and the wider industry
WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR BRANCH SALES MANAGERS:
A full and valid driving license is essential
Consistent track record of field-based business development success and managing trade staff
Experience within a similar management role ideally within a trade / builders merchant / retail, glazing or UPVC environment
Commercial awareness, with an understanding of negotiation and profit margins
Accomplished at preparing and delivering sales presentations to a diverse customer base
Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets
Enthusiasm and a positive attitude with a commitment to contribute to the growth of the business
Ability to work under pressure
