The service is part of a friendly and supportive multi-disciplinary team in Children's SET CAMHS Eating Disorder Service. Main duties of the job SET CAMHS - Eating Disorder Service is commissioned to provide assessment for CYP presenting with symptoms of Avoidant Restrictive Intake Disorder, across Southend, Essex and Thurrock. Working closely with the multidisciplinary team in assessing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating a programme of care for service users with an ARFID diagnoses. Interest or experience of assessment of ARFID or with CYP with sensory profile. Willingness to attend training and develop skills. Ensuing that recommendations are communicated by utilizing the highest level of interpersonal skills to all members of the team and incorporated in the service users overall package of care. Attending weekly MDT meetings to provide expert advice to clinicians regarding the progression of therapy support which is evidence based. Maintaining professional standards through ongoing continuing professional development, audit and evaluation in accordance with the Health and Care Professions Council Standards and Trust Policies and Procedures. To working closely with SET CAMHS generic teams and formulate recommendations who will be offering NICE guideline evidence based treatment for ARFID About us Starting with NELFT NELFT place a great deal of importance on new starters being properly welcomed and inducted into the Trust. All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks which will include mandatory training, systems training and the allocation of equipment. As part of the process new starters will have the opportunity to also meet the executive team, senior managers and attend a number of drop-in sessions focusing on engagement, health and wellbeing and key processes.
