The Role
1. Contract or Perm desks available; they are hiring for several teams at the moment, including their tech and White Collar Construction and renewable energy recruitment teams.
2. You will need to want to be a 360 consultant, even if you aren't currently, and they will provide full training for you to move to a 360 BD focused role.
3. Full training on the market will be given (you can come from a different market) as long as you have proven success and experience and are keen to learn.
4. You will work delivery for the first few roles while they are training you on the market so you can get started while you are beginning to build relationships with new clients.
The Selling Points

2. Commission is matched to the margin % on GP, so a 20% margin will get you 20% commission. For Perm placements, you will get 15% and 20% if you are a Principal Consultant.

The Requirements
1. Previous recruitment experience is preferred (1 plus years ideally).
2. You must enjoy building something and doing Business Development.
