Morgan McKinley is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a continuously growing organisation in the heart of Brighton, East Sussex. Our client is seeking to appoint a Part Time Finance Assistant with an emphasis on credit control / aged debt collection.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated, detail-oriented individual with a proactive mindset and a hands-on approach.
Role: Part-Time Finance Assistant
Location: Brighton, hybrid working (2 office days per week)
Salary: 28K pro rata
Hours: 25 / 30 hrs per week
Duties include:
1. Credit control for aged debts
2. Run weekly debtor reports
3. Validate commission amounts, processing commission and bonus payments
4. Manage in-bound AR related queries
5. Allocation of payments
6. Reconcile payments / deposits
Skills and experience:
1. Previous experience within finance, preferably accounts receivable / credit control
2. Strong attention to detail
3. Excellent IT skills, including Excel
