To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
A qualified Solicitor or Lawyer with 5+ years’ PQE in employment law
Confident managing your own caseload and building strong relationships with clients
Strong technical legal skills paired with commercial awareness
Able to contribute positively to a collaborative, high-performing team
A proactive mindset and a genuine passion for employment law
Within this position, you’ll also be:
Advising clients on a range of employment law issues—both advisory and litigation-focused
Managing a varied caseload including unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, contracts, redundancy, and restructuring matters
Supporting corporate transactions with employment due diligence and post-acquisition advice
Taking an active role in client relationship management and business development
