Key Responsibilities: Cost Management – Prepare & manage budgets, cost plans, and financial reports (Jobs range from £300 - £3,000). Procurement – Oversee tendering, evaluate bids & negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers. Valuations & Payments – Prepare valuations & authorize payments to subcontractors. CODING UP JOBS Risk Management – Identify & mitigate financial risks associated with maintenance projects. Compliance – Ensure all work meets industry regulations and client requirements. Client Liaison – Maintain strong communication with clients to address financial queries. Reporting – Provide regular financial updates to senior management. What We’re Looking For: ✔ Education – Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. ✔ Experience – Proven experience in social housing quantity surveying with a stable career history. ✔ Skills – Strong analytical, negotiation & communication skills.
