Paysafe is hiring an experienced Paid Social Manager to join our growing Digital Marketing Channels team in London, reporting directly to our Digital Marketing Channels Lead. The role will be pivotal in driving continued growth across our B2C and B2B brand portfolio as we enter an exciting and ambitious phase of expansion. How we work: Our preferred arrangement is for the job holder to follow a hybrid model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House. The impact you will have: The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end Paid Social activity globally for all B2C and B2B brands, primarily Skrill, NETELLER, paysafecard, and Paysafe • To manage seven-figure media budgets annually, focusing on driving new customer acquisition and ROI/LTV:CAC by identifying new and innovative opportunities to improve performance • The candidate will be responsible for forecasting and reporting Paid Social performance to key stakeholders, including senior management • To work closely with wider marketing and business stakeholders to improve Paid Social journey through testing of ad copy, creatives, and landing pages, including local product USPs • The candidate will be responsible for training/upskilling junior members of staff on all things Paid Social, ensuring the team is constantly developing skills and expertise across various platforms and tools • To be a Paid Social evangelist within the business, providing business cases for increased budget • To work with wider media agency to ensure alignment • A close collaboration with wider go-to-market teams to ensure alignment, optimisation and innovation across channels What we’re looking for: • 3 years of demonstrable experience managing large-scale/multi-market Paid Social campaigns • An in-depth understanding of various Paid Social platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Reddit; 6sense experience a plus • The ability to use tracking tools such as Google Analytics 360, Campaign Manager 360, and Google Tag Manager 360 • A strong grasp of app campaigns across both Android and iOS devices, including the ability to use platforms such as MobileAction. A broad understanding and/or experience of using MMPs a plus • The ability to use data visualisation platforms/tools, such as Tableau and Google Data Studio • An understanding of the broader digital marketing ecosystem and channels, with a finger on the pulse of the latest trends in ever-changing digital marketing landscape • An excellent understanding of optimising sales conversion funnels • The ability to create detailed reports and engaging presentations, • A self-starter with exceptional analytical skills, constantly seeking ways to innovate and improve performance, with excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills A snippet of what you’ll get in return: Make your day work for you with our flexible working hours.
