Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of Deputy Team Leader in Theatre Recovery at Leicester General Hospital. We are looking for a professional, dynamic and motivated Recovery Practitioner ready to take the next step in their continuing professional development in this exciting speciality. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate that they have high level organisational skills including time management, with the ability to confidently prioritise and organise clinical and managerial responsibilities. Main duties of the job To be a visible clinical expert, leading on a day to day basis; providing direction, effective and inspirational leadership to all members of the multi disciplinary team within the area of responsibility. Deputise and take charge of the given area regularly in the absence of the Team Leader who has 24hour accountability and responsibility.
