Overview Job Title: Project Manager Contract: 12 Month FTC Workplace: Hybrid – 2 days in office per week in Hemel Hempstead Office Hours: 35 Reports to: Director, Partner Account As a Project Manager within the Content Team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the team's processes, policies, and procedures. Your analytical skills will be essential in evaluating resource investments and Card Partner activities to ensure optimal return on investment. You will support the managers on various projects and collaborate cross-functionally within the business. What You’ll Do Facilitate projects by engaging stakeholders and team members, collaborating with business owners, and delivering effective communication plans to share updates with internal and external partners. Analyse existing processes, identify improvements, create solutions, and present them for approval; implement new processes across multi-functional teams, including running training sessions. Document and formalise process flows and working instructions; analyse marketing spending within partner relationships to ensure investment drives return on investment. Lead and facilitate the improvement of sales reporting for the Content Team; find systemic improvements to ways of working, utilising automation tools like Power Apps and Power Automate. Drive CRM engagement, training, and reporting for the Content Account Management Team; prepare quarterly analytics packs for stakeholder review meetings. Support bi-yearly Partner events with pre-event management, communication, planning, agenda, and meeting support; provide flexibility to support and represent content in projects owned by other business areas as needed. What We’re Looking For Confident to positively influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships. Experience in programme/project management, analytical thinker, and problem solver. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to set and manage priorities. Strong Excel capabilities, proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint), and preferred experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven team player.Ideally, some experience in the stored value card industry, understanding various propositions and key market players.
