Were looking to recruit a CNC Laser Programmer & Material Planner to support our Pre -Fabrication team.
Reporting to the Operations Systems Manager you will be working within a busy planning team in a steel fabrication company; you will take responsibility for the laser and plasma nesting and scheduling of prefabrication activities to enable the effective planning of sales orders. You will work closely with the production and transport planner.
Responsibilities
Nesting for an Amada laser cutter
Nesting for an Esprit plasma cutter
Scheduling of cutting on the laser and plasma cutter to enable execution of production plan to meet customer delivery dates and site installation dates.
Scheduling of press and saw activities to enable execution of the production plan
