Are you a dedicated social worker looking for a rewarding opportunity? Elysium Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Social Worker to join our team at Rhodes Wood Hospital. The pay rate is £37.50 per hour.
What will your responsibilities be?
You will be an integral member of the Multi-Disciplinary Team responsible for assessing the social care needs of patients in low secure care and be a principal provider of a quality social work service to address those needs as outlined in patient care plan.

Qualifications and Experiences:
1. Social Work England registration
2. Eligible to work in the UK
3. Hold a full UK licence
4. Must have at least 4 years' experience in Social Work and a period of time within Forensic Mental Health services
5. Experience of multi-agency working
6. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
