A specialist, award winning business in Bath are seeking a Credit Controller to join their high performing credit team.
Your new role
Duties and responsibilities will include:
1. Contact customers for outstanding charges and the collection of late payments.
2. Utilise negotiation skills to engage with customers and rmend work-out strategies to line management.
3. Arrange collection of assets via third parties where appropriate.
4. Monitor customer payment performance.
5. Deal with customer service enquiries via telephone, email and post
6. Escalate issues andplaints in a timely manner, in accordance withpany processes and regulatory requirements
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a customer facing role alongside:
7. Demonstrable strong telephone cash collection experience
8. Ability to interpret financial data
9. Excellent attention to detail, organised and able to effectively prioritise workload
10. Good negotiation and generalmunication skills
11. Experience of using MS Office systems (Outlook, Word, Excel)
