The Role & What You Will Be Doing
The Pharmacy Commercial Marketing Manager is accountable for developing and executing marketing strategies, aligned to key commercial objectives across the UK pharmacy channel. The Pharmacy Commercial Marketing Manager will be required to collaborate with internal and external partners, utilizing insights to drive Viatris related marketing campaigns that reach UK pharmacy, as well as leading the customer value proposition for the Pharmacy Business Unit.
In addition, the Commercial Marketing Manager will be responsible for maximizing commercial growth opportunities across the UK Independent Pharmacy channel, bringing innovation and operational excellence to increase commercial access for Viatris RX brands. This role will deliver flawless execution of marketing plans, delivering a strong customer experience.

* Create and execute market relevant marketing plans reaching UK Pharmacy.
* Analyse market trends, competitor landscapes and customer insights to inform market strategies, aligned to the Viatris Pharmacy Business Unit Customer Value proposition.
* Support the development and implementation of the UK Pharmacy Business Unit commercial strategy within the Independent pharmacy channel, leading the implementation of key programs.
* Lead on the execution of a commercial access strategy across the independent pharmacy segment.
* Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure campaign success.
* Maximise impact of marketing activities through optimal channel mix, including newer channels.
* Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
* Support Marketing and Commercial Lead to manage cross functional commercial team, including coordinating the activities of members of the team as appropriate in order to achieve success.
* Partner with customer facing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy and incorporation of market feedback.
* Track campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.
* Coordinate with customer facing medical, other marketing and digital colleagues for customer/digital activities/programs to ensure strong external stakeholder & customer engagement.
* Ensure that customer and patient insights as well as market issues are well understood and processed into the local and global business plans.
About Your Skills & Experience

* Bachelor degree in Marketing or similar discipline.
* Action-oriented with strong execution capabilities to drive marketing plans and revenue growth.
* Comprehensive commercial business acumen and multi-channel marketing experience.
* Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills with effective communication and influence.
* Proven ability to model company values, uphold standards, and drive visibility.
* Experience with financial systems, analyzing data, tracking KPIs, and building actionable commercial business cases.
* Expertise in managing stakeholder and customer commitments, with a focus on insights-driven planning.
* Deep understanding of pharmacy customers, services, and the commercial landscape.
* Ability to prioritize resources and collaborate with senior managers to meet customer needs.
* Demonstrated leadership in driving innovation, adapting to change, and managing risks.
* Competence in digital marketing tools, platforms, and compliance, with an understanding of digital metrics.
