Are you passionate about supporting people to live independently and lead fulfilling lives? We are recruiting Health Care Assistants on behalf of one of our clients in Hailsham, offering care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health conditions, or autism.
You’ll be working across three large, detached bungalows providing tailored supported living in a friendly, person-centred environment.
What We’re Looking For:
* Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated individuals
* Ability to support individuals with day-to-day tasks, promote independence, and maintain dignity
* Willingness to work flexibly (Day / Evening / Night shifts available)
Requirements:
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
* Up-to-date Care Certificates
* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential – the right attitude and commitment are key
