Title: Assistant Project Manager
We are a trusted delivery partner to clients in the nuclear energy sector. Enthusiastic teams work together across disciplines — including organizational transformation and integration, systems engineering, and program management — to deliver full life cycle solutions from concept through to operations and decommissioning.
This Assistant Project Manager is a key role and will be responsible for delivering assigned packages of work using the NEC4 form of contract as directed by the Senior Project Manager. The packages of work vary in complexity and may include civils, structural, M&E or marine engineering.
This is an exciting time to join this Programme Delivery Team; the environment is both challenging and rewarding.
What We Need
1. Demonstrable project management experience within multi-million-pound infrastructure construction, refurbishment and replacement programmes of work, within a complex regulated environment (preferably Nuclear).
2. Solid understanding of NEC4 Contracts and full lifecycle experience from business case approval, design, execution, and handover.
3. Experience of change control and risk management.
4. Degree Qualified, preferably with an NEC4 ECC Project Management Accreditation.
5. Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite and CEMAR.
Security Requirements
You must have, or be eligible for, SC clearance.
Location
This position is hybrid with some time spent in Glasgow at the Client’s office and onsite 3 days per week.
