The new appointee will be required to actively participate in Clinical Audit, the Unit's Academic and Research programme, and the successful candidate will also be required to actively contribute to the management of the Department. Admin support is available at Wexham Park and Heatherwood Hospitals and new consultants can take advantage of the Trust's mentoring scheme. The appointment will be subject to the terms and conditions of the new Consultant Contract (2003).
