Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our team as a Property Content Creator. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a creative mindset, and the ability to transform physical property experiences into captivating virtual tours. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market. Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with real estate agents, property owners, and internal teams to understand the unique features and selling points of each property.
2. Develop creative concepts and storyboards for virtual tours that effectively showcase the property’s highlights, amenities, and atmosphere.
3. Utilize specialized equipment and software to capture high-quality images, videos, and 360-degree panoramas of properties.
4. Edit and enhance raw footage to create seamless, engaging virtual tour experiences.
5. Ensure virtual tours accurately represent the layout, design, and ambiance of the physical property, providing an authentic online experience.
6. Optimize virtual tour content for various platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and social media channels.
7. Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in virtual reality, real estate marketing, and content creation.
8. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and marketing strategies.
9. Participate in brainstorming sessions for new creative ideas and content formats to attract and engage potential clients.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in photography, videography, digital media, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in photography, videography, or virtual tour creation, preferably in the real estate industry.
3. Proficiency in using DSLR cameras, video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), and virtual tour software (e.g., Matterport, Tourbuzz).
4. Strong artistic vision and attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
8. A portfolio showcasing previous virtual tour projects is highly desirable.
9. Strong team player with a passion for innovation and creativity.
Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm
Work Location: In-person, based at our London office
