This role will directly report to the Digital Acquisition Manager while supporting our global operations by ensuring the optimal digital execution of leasing strategies and delivering key performance indicators (KPIs). This position also offers the opportunity to explore all aspects of email marketing—from conceptualization to performance analysis. To drive customer engagement and conversion through the creation, execution, and optimization of data-driven email marketing campaigns and compelling content strategies. This includes increasing subscriber growth, improving open and click-through rates, and aligning content with brand messaging to enhance overall digital performance and achieve business goals. The ideal Email & Content Marketing Specialist will have: Strong understanding of appropriate approaches for the market and environment in which we operate. Strong visual sense. A great team player. Key Responsibilities Support the strategic planning and execution of email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional content, and targeted outreach, ensuring all activities are consistent with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Collaborate closely with local marketing specialists to develop and implement segmented and personalised email campaigns, fostering high levels of audience engagement. Produce design assets for specified email campaigns such as AFS/UCAS mailshots, and ensure they meet the project requirements and brand guidelines. Analyse email campaign performance using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, producing regular, insightful reports to drive data-driven optimisations. Support the analysis of subscriber behaviour, utilising insights to refine and enhance future email marketing strategies and inform decision-making. Develop and execute a digitally focused marketing plan, underpinned by robust data and research, across all channels to maximise leasing and sales results for our spaces. Establish and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships with operational teams, providing marketing support for initiatives at our spaces and leveraging marketing and sales data, driving sales and revenue growth. Proactively seek opportunities to expand knowledge of email marketing tools, trends, and best practices, contributing to the team's ongoing success and development. Support Globe with Content and SEO and CRO projects with acquisition manage mostly for UK/IRL but also across the globe too Key Performance Indicators Increase open rate and CTR Reduce bounce rate and unsubscribe rate Maximise revenue per email Monthly country-specific content delivery What else? Desirable: Firsthand experience with organic social media support. Experience with email marketing and content creation. Knowledge of eCommerce, CMS and CRM tools. Content and SEO and CRO knowledge.
