Clinisupplies is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Bridgwater. You’ll provide exceptional support through outbound calls and marketing campaigns, helping customers feel confident and informed about the products they need to manage their condition.
Your performance in this role will contribute to top-line revenue growth, as you will be influencing our consumer retention level, product acquisition, and profitability.
Qualify potential sales opportunities via telephone and email.
Follow up on leads and develop new sales opportunities.
Use commercial acumen to nurture leads and drive sales.
Win back inactive customers through telesales.
Meet monthly outbound call targets, sales goals, and KPIs.
Sales team to exceed sales and efficiency targets.
Maintain accurate records of activities in SAP CRM and keep lead databases updated.
Experience in a telephone-based customer service role, handling multiple calls and emails.
Intermediate IT skills (Microsoft Office).
Experience in medical or clinical settings is a plus.
