As an integral member of the CYPU Education Team, your responsibilities will include; Supporting and providing clinical education to both registered and non-registered staff Participate the delivery of ad hoc ward based training programmes including simulation training Assist in planning and delivering an NQN induction programme including follow-up study sessions. Plan and deliver an on-going education program for internal staff and students. You will be required to have exceptional organisational skills, be highly supportive and approachable with the ability to work autonomously, and as part of a team, to deliver high standards of evidence-based training and quality nursing care to the children and families within our service.
