Harris Global are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join a roofing client on a permanent basis in their Bristol office with occasional site visits within the area.
Key Objectives:
* Track and evaluate costs and overall budget performance across all contracts, presenting updates during contract meetings.
* Prepare and monitor SC18 forms and project costs during the handover phase.
* Negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers to secure the best value.
* Achieve the Service Centre’s turnover and profitability targets.
* Ensure all contracts are executed safely and in accordance with Health and Safety requirements.
* Conduct HS41/HS41B audits during every site visit to ensure compliance.
* Prepare Health and Safety documentation in alignment with regulatory and company standards.
* Maintain a zero-incident/accident record across all sites.
* Ensure service reviews are performed by operatives and contract supervisors.
* Uphold company standards consistently across all sites.
* Use the designated portal to document and track site activities, progress, and related information.
* Foster positive communication with client representatives to build and maintain strong relationships.
* Plan and manage all assigned contracts effectively, utilizing specialized skillsets as necessary.
* Leverage the subcontractor database for project needs where applicable.
* Identify opportunities to enhance productivity through strategic planning and incentivizing operations teams.
