Duties Manage sub-contractor register Manage of materials & plant orders and delivered to site as well as invoice sign off Collate weekly timesheets for wages entry Responsible for scheduling of work for any maintenance work Manage Director's electronic diary, assessing priority of appointments and reallocating where necessary Raise POs to issue to suppliers Raise sub-contractor orders and issue to sub-contractors Support with oversight of estate and maintenance budgets Arrange travel and accommodation Log, maintain, and process invoices, reconcile statements.
