We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic front of house staff to be responsible for serving customers at the till, taking food to tables, and making delicious hot drinks. We are also recruiting for kitchen staff who will work to deliver great quality food and follow all hygiene processes and set specifications. It is essential that you’re passionate about working in a restaurant and as part of a team. For both types of roles, you will be able to use your own initiative and take pride in a clean working environment.
INTERVIEW DATES: Applicants selected for interview will need to be able to attend a group interview session on Monday 20th or Friday 24th January 2025 from 4.30pm until 6.30pm. If successful, you must then be able to attend induction training on Saturday 1st February 2025 from 11am until 3pm. You must also be able to work either Saturday 8th or Sunday 9th February and then at least 3 days during February half term (Saturday 15th until Sunday 23rd).
These roles offer huge variety and the opportunity to learn about other commercial areas, including retail, admissions, and the farm.

Key Requirements:
* Experience of working in a customer-facing environment is highly advantageous.
* Customer focused with a friendly and positive outlook is a must.
* A good standard of education is essential, including literacy and numeracy.

Location: Godstone Farm, Farm Limited, Tilburstow Hill Rd, Godstone RH9 8LX
Job type: Contracts for these roles will be on a zero-hour basis, and we are able to offer a variety of shift patterns. Our hours vary seasonally and are usually - Winter: 9am - 5pm, Summer: 9am - 6pm with 30 minutes for lunch. We may consider positions on a shorter day such as 9.30 am to 2.30pm. Roles are available for a range of 8 – 32 hours per week. Some shifts require you to work weekends and Bank Holidays.
Salary: £8.20 - 11.44 per hour
