Job Description
We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Multimedia Developer/Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging multimedia content, executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies including paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, PPC and collaborating on UI/UX design projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and marketing, focusing on our EPoS systems and robotics solutions for the B2B market.
Key Responsibilities
* Content Creation: Design and develop multimedia content using tools like Sketch, Photoshop, and AI software. Create videos, animations, graphics, and interactive media that showcase our EPoS systems and robotics solutions to the B2B market.
* Website Development: Build and maintain our website using WordPress and Elementor to enhance functionality and user experience.
* User Interface Design: Collaborate with the tech development team to optimise/design intuitive user interfaces and graphic illustrations for PoS products.
* Digital Marketing: Plan, design, and execute paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and PPC platforms. Craft compelling content for social media, email campaigns, and our website, focusing on our hospitality and cleaning robotics offerings. Utilise marketing software such as HubSpot to execute and track marketing campaigns. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Project Collaboration: Use project management tools like Notion to coordinate tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Market Research: Explore industry trends, competitor activities, and insights related to EPoS systems and robotics in hospitality and retail.
* Analytics and Reporting: Analyse digital marketing metrics and prepare reports on campaign performance to inform future strategies.
* Learning and Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in multimedia design, digital marketing, UI/UX design, and robotics technology.
Expectations
* Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in design tools like Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Familiarity with AI tools for content creation. Experience with WordPress and Elementor for website development. Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles. Comfortable with social media platforms and a foundational understanding of digital marketing concepts. Experience planning and executing paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and PPC. Willingness to learn and work with project management tools like Notion and marketing software such as HubSpot.

Pay: £20,358.00-£25,000.00 per year
