New opportunity for a Senior IT Support person to join a small team at a time of growth and expansion.
We need someone who is customer driven, enjoys working on different projects (2nd/3rd line) (Infrastructure, firewalls, security) has worked within a small team (2) and ideally from an end user manufacturing environment.
We need the following skills and experience:
Strong expertise in Windows Server (2016, 2019 & 2022), Active Directory, Group Policy and Azure AD/Entra ID • Office 365 and Exchange experience (2016 & 2019) • Advanced in managing and troubleshooting VoIP Systems • Virtualization experience (Hyper-V, VMware) • Understanding of Networking - working with Routers, Switches, Servers, Firewalls, VPNs, VLANs and general support and troubleshooting. • Understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and WAN/LAN Tech • Previous experience with Intune, SharePoint, Power Platform, OneDrive, Teams and PowerShell scripting is a bonus
Some travel with this role to the Data centre. Must be able to drive. Must live within commuting distance of BL5.
