Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students remain on task. Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies. Provide support to students as needed and address any immediate issues or concerns. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a positive learning environment. Assist with administrative tasks related to classroom management. Requirements: A degree or relevant qualification (preferred). Experience working with children or young adults, preferably in an educational setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
