A Bit About What You Will Do...
* Assist the Director of Golf and Pro Shop Manager, with all aspects of the daily golf operations.
* Monitor the course pace of play.
* Manage the public around and on the course, ensuring public stick to public pathways.
* General course checks.
* Build a strong sense of community with the members.
* Liaise with Greenkeeping on course set-up for major tournaments.
* Greet members and guests by name when they arrive to the Club.
* Ensure the driving range is always kept tidy and the apple crates are topped up on a regular basis.
* Assist the golf team with the outside operation including, picking balls on the driving range, valet parking, cleaning buggies, cleaning golf clubs and storing members clubs away.
More About You...
* Previous work experience in a golf environment is preferred.
* Highly organized, results-oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure.
* Fluency in English.
* Demonstrate self-confidence, energy, enthusiasm and be a good team player. Willing to adapt and change styles as and when necessary.
* Computer literate & able to work with Microsoft Office systems.
* Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities, whilst handling a multitude of tasks and member’s requests.
