This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate and driven professional to play a key role in providing high-quality care and support to young people.Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home
* Support and mentor staff to ensure high standards of care are maintained
* Ensure compliance withOfsted regulationsand safeguarding procedures
* Contribute to care planning and behavioural management strategies
* Lead by example, creating a safe and nurturing environment for young people
Requirements:
* Experience in aresidential children's homesetting
* Strong leadership and staff management skills
* Good knowledge ofOfsted requirements and safeguarding procedures
* Level 3 Diplomain Residential Childcare (or equivalent) Level 5 desirable or willingness to work towards it
* Passion for making a positive impact on young peoples lives
