School Office Administrator Job Start Date: ASAP Salary: NJC Grade 4 Scale 7-11, £21257 - £22657 per annum 35 hours per week term time only plus an additional 5 TED Days Contract: Permanent We are seeking a warm, welcoming and relentlessly positive School Office Administrator to play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the school, ensuring that both the teaching staff and leadership team can focus on their core responsibilities. The ability to form positive relationships and work highly effectively with staff, pupils, parents and external professionals is of paramount importance. As this is a prominent role that will have contact with pupils, parents external professionals as well as staff, we are looking for a pro-active, friendly, positive person, who is able to work under pressure when dealing with several demands at once and still retain a sense of humour Experience and skilled use of IT, particularly Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word and Outlook are desirable. Perryfields provides provision for permanently excluded pupils, proactive intervention programmes for pupils at risk of permanent exclusion and outreach behaviour support for 113 Primary, First and Middle schools in South Worcestershire.
