Land and Measured Building Surveyor – Home Counties Professional, ambitious, and self-motivated individuals required to join our team as we look to grow our service offering. My client is one of the leading survey companies in the UK. They operate from offices around the UK and offer our clients genuine nationwide coverage. Suitable candidates should have at least 3-5 years’ experience working as a Land Surveyor with a strong understanding of the technical requirements of the role and a robust work ethic. In addition, the following attributes are essential: Working knowledge and able to demonstrate correct use of Total Station, Laser Scanners and GNSS. Experience in taking projects from ‘field to finish’ liaising with clients on requirements/specification and providing professional advice. Proficient in the creation of technical survey reports. Experience of working with teams of less experienced surveyors, adopting a coaching and mentoring style. Effective communication skills. Able to work well and contribute as part of a team. Ability to use your initiative, problem solve and work to deadlines. Good time keeping. Flexibility to work away from home for periods and accommodate various shift patterns when required (such as night shift etc). A committed attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced industry. A full UK driving licence. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
