Due to expansion, Reliable Recruit are looking to hire 360 Recruitment Consultants to work out of our new Bury office The role will involve: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through sales calls, site visits and marketing emails to understand their recruitment needs Utilise various sourcing methods, including social media management and job boards, to attract candidates Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and filling roles Building and managing a desk of temporary workers alongside the placement of permanent staff Back office duties Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and human resources The working times and pay: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00, early finish Fridays Overtime may be needed in busy periods working remotely £27,000-31,000 per annum dependant on experience 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service Excellent Commission Scheme up to 20% uncapped Perks including Phone allowance & car allowance, free parking, mileage Working from Home Opportunities for long-term employees Skills/Experience Needed: B2B sales experience in the recruitment industry Previous Recruitment Experience, preferably in a 360 role Previous Experience working on an Industrial, Driving, Engineering or Commercial desk preferred Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car Computer Literate with CRMs, Microsoft Packages and excellent phone/email etiquette If you are interested in this role please apply with an updated CV.
