Employment Solicitor (2-7+ PQE)
About the Role:
Join a top-tier Employment, Pensions, and Immigration (EPI) team, advising some of the UK’s largest employers on a broad range of employment law matters. Based in Liverpool. you will handle a varied caseload and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide employment law advice on unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, equal pay, and more.
* Offer industrial relations guidance and manage employment tribunal claims.
* Prepare documents including tribunal responses, bundles, and witness statements.
* Draft articles, legal updates, and client reports.
* Contribute to business development through training and networking.
* Work to client and internal SLAs, achieving financial and chargeable targets.
About You:
* Qualified Solicitor (2-7+ PQE) with strong technical knowledge and tribunal advocacy experience.
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
* Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet strict deadlines.
* Flexible and detail-oriented with a client-focused approach.
