Recruiting for an experienced Hospitality Supervisor.
This role is perfect for individuals looking to excel their career within the contract catering industry. This role will ensure the smooth running of operations within all hospitality, all aspects of staff supervision, and delivering exceptional customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
2. Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported.
3. Assisting with food preparation, service, and cleaning when required.
4. Producing weekly rotas following the manager’s guidelines.
5. Working with the wider catering team to ensure stock levels are monitored and notifying the catering manager or head chef of items that need to be replenished.
6. Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are always proactive.
7. Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
8. Complying with Health & Safety regulations.
9. Any other duties that assist the team to provide exceptional customer and client service.
Reporting to the Catering Operations Manager.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
1. Previous experience supervising hospitality teams within a similar environment.
2. Food Hygiene level 3 - dated within the last 3 years.
3. Food allergen training - dated within the last 3 years.
4. Computer skills.
5. Excellent communication skills with a focus on great Customer Service.
6. A can-do attitude and be a team player.
7. Self-motivation and be able to use own initiative.
8. Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
