Needed an Autism Support Worker in Bovington!
Location: Bovington
Salary: £12.82 - £14.72 Per Hour (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Full-time/Part-time

In this role, you will work closely with students on the autism spectrum, helping them to develop essential communication, social, and learning skills. As an Autism Support Worker, you will assist in creating a structured and supportive learning environment, ensuring that each child receives the individualised attention they need.
ASC Support Worker Responsibilities
* Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with autism.
* Assist in implementing personalised learning and behaviour management plans.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Support students in developing communication and social interaction skills.
* Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff.
* Monitor and report on student progress.
* Encourage independence and confidence in students.
Autism Support Worker Qualifications
* Previous experience working in a school or educational setting as an Autism Support Worker is desirable.
* A Degree in Education, Psychology, or a similar field.
* A strong understanding of autism and strategies for supporting children with ASD.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting children with additional needs.
