Supported Living Service ManagerLocation: CheshireSalary: up to £42,840 per yearBenefits: 21% annual Bonus, 32 days holiday, DBS cost covered, progression and training opportunities, referral scheme, retail discounts and more!My client is recruiting a Service Manager for their Supported Living services in Cheshire. As the Service Manager you will have day to day responsibility for the management of staff to ensure the delivery of person-centred support to adults with a range of needs including learning disabilities, mental health conditions and associated complex care needs.Key Responsibilities:Provide strong leadership and direction to the care team, ensuring the delivery of person-centred care that meets the individual needs and preferences of the residents.Oversee all aspects of the service operations, including staffing, budget management, and regulatory compliance, to ensure the highest standards of care and safety.Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes trust and communication.Lead by example in promoting a culture of dignity, respect, and empowerment, ensuring that each resident is treated with compassion, empathy, and understanding.Conduct regular assessments of residents' care needs and develop comprehensive care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that all care interventions are evidence-based and effective.Monitor the quality of care provided through regular audits, evaluations, and feedback mechanisms, implementing improvements and innovations to enhance service delivery.Keep abreast of developments in mental health care practices, legislation, and regulations, and ensure that the home operates in compliance with all relevant standards and guidelines.The Ideal Service Manager Will Be:Experienced as a Service Manager within Supported LivingLiving in CheshireHolding or be working towards a NVQ 5 in Health and Social CareMulti-Site ExperiencedAble to manage dispersed teamsCommitted to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosingExperienced with managing people, service and quality within Mental Health and Learning DisabilitiesAble to maintain accurate and clear recordsExperienced with finances and budgetsAble to promote and maintain independence, choice and respectHave good awareness of CQC legislation, updates, changes and best practiceIf you feel like you have the correct experience and qualifications, please apply and one of our team will be in touch!Please note, due to the large amount of applications, we will not be able to respond to everyone.TPBN1_UKTJ
