Key Responsibilities: Provide visible and accessible clinical and professional leadership for clinical teams, operational colleagues, patients, and service users. Work closely with key colleagues to develop and lead on the Intermediate Care model in East Devon and Exeter Oversee safer staffing within the teams and ensure adequate capacity to maintain safety and quality. Represent the Care Group at Trust-wide and system-level meetings. Continually review and improve the quality and efficacy of clinical practice and care. Lead for clinical governance in Community Nursing (East Devon) Skills and Attributes: Highly effective communication skills Strong organizational skills, able to manage own workload and take responsibility for clinical actions and systems/standards. Ability to make complex clinical judgments, manage conflicting views, and reconcile inter and intra-professional differences of opinion. Ability to lead specific nursing policy development across the wider health community in conjunction with other agencies.
