MC is working alongside a longstanding client who is looking to set up an L&D function for their national recruitment team. Our client is a national provider of recruitment services into a range of markets including construction, finance, IT, and life sciences and is looking to bring its training function completely in-house. In brief:
1. Design and develop all collateral for training programme
2. Structure courses for all staff
3. Training to be delivered in-person and remotely depending on logistics/content
4. Follow-ups and ongoing support (particularly for newer consultants)
5. Analysis and reporting of results/improvements
6. Offer 1:1 coaching to assist in the improvement of individual consultants
